Do you deliver?
Yes. We deliver within a 30-mile radius of Toledo for an average fee of $75. The final delivery fee will be given at the time of your quote and is dependent on the size of your order and the logistics of your venue.
how do the rentals get returned?
Delivery and pickup are offered for all orders. We ask that items be left in the same spot where we dropped them off.
what fees are not included in the pricing listed?
Once you’ve completed your order wishlist and we’ve discussed the logistical details of your venue, we’ll calculate your delivery and set up fees. These fees cover the cost of transporting your rental pieces, staffing to deliver and pick up the items, and tax. A 10% damage fee is also included in the final invoice of all rental items to cover minimal wear and tear.
what is a damage fee?
In order to avoid any hassle after your event, we charge a 10% fee on all orders. This covers normal wear and tear to the rentals. This does not cover lost rentals or gross negligence, in which case the full price of the rental item will be required.
Do you OFFER custom pieces?
Yes! Our company was first started because we often found ourselves creating one-of-a-kind pieces that we couldn’t find elsewhere. If you have something in mind, get in touch and we’d love to see how we can make your vision come to life.

Review and sign your proposal, submit a 50% deposit.
Three weeks before your event we’ll touch base to review your order.
Ten business days or more prior to your event, you’ll finalize your order and submit the final payment.
Day of the event - We’ll deliver and set up your items for your guests to enjoy!

We love the opportunity to team up with other creatives in our industry. Feel free to email us at info@rosinarental.com with the date and details of the editorial, mini-sessions, or styled shoot that you have in mind and we’ll continue the conversation from there.
when do the logistics get worked out?
We will contact you no later than three weeks before your event. At this time, we’ll ask that you or your planner provide us with the layout, guest count, and available delivery/pick-up time slots offered by your venue.
can you set up the rentals?
We’re happy to set up and style your rental items as instructed. Some items may incur additional set-up fees such as dessert displays, or chargers, due to the extra labor needed and time on site.
my event is outdoors, what happens to my order in case of inclement weather?
We’re Midwest-based and understand how unpredictable the weather can be. We strongly promote that you have an established Plan B set in place if you are planning an outdoor event. If provided, we can implement Plan B and deliver and set up with no concerns for your event or compromise to your design.
We will not be able to deliver and leave our rentals outdoors in the event of rain or inclement weather with no Plan B in place, so if this happens, refunds will not be provided and you will be unable to use the items.

Do you have a rental order minimum?
Yes. We have the following rental order minimums which must be met prior to any additional delivery fees or tax.
$600 order minimum for locations within 30 miles of 43617
$800 order minimum for locations within 45 minutes of 43617
$1,800 order minimum for locations outside the greater Toledo area
Will you help us with our design?
We’d love to be creative and collaborate with you on your vision and provide ideas on how to style items from our collections. If you’re looking for guidance with your entire wedding or event design, we invite you to contact our sister company, Event Prep.
